Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing
3T balsamic vinegar
1T dijon mustard
2T olive oil
3T canola oil
1T finely chopped fresh basil
pinch of minced garlic (i use a whole small clove)
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste... be generous.

Eggnog recipe
Buy Horizon's Organic Eggnog. I put some crazy strong whiskey in it. It tasted better than it smelled.
I recommend rum for happy eggnog consumption.

Kristine forgot the best part of the eggnog recipe: Combine eggnog and whiskey in a re-used plastic container with lid and handle. Shake well before serving.
